Auditor General Jack Wagner today called on the management of the Quality Living Center (QLC) in Saegertown, Crawford County, to overhaul the facility’s operating procedures after a special investigation by the Department of the Auditor General determined that a former employee exploited deficient internal controls to embezzle at least $850,000 from patients over an eight-year period.
