It would appear that Lindsey Lohan is going to jail. Reports are coming in that she had received 90 days from Judge Marsha Revel for missing a court appearance in a probation hearing. Lindsey says she has a good excuse (she lost her passport and couldn’t re-enter the U.S.), but the Judge wasn’t buying it!
